Excel is having troubles to read the downloaded CSV file properly when it contains accented characters.
To reproduce:
– Download a CSV file with targets that contain non-English characters (such as é, ç, ü, etc)
– Opening with Microsoft Excel will result UTF-8 compliant issue
Observed Results: “TestPageDraft français”
Expected Results: “TestPageDraft français”
