[request] list post titles instead of URLs

Audit Trail lists logs with their URLs.
But if using encoded Japanese URLs, they are encoded and can’t be read.

it looks like this:
/%E3%81%82%E3%81%84%E3%81%86%E3%81%88%E3%81%8A

So please decode it or use post title instead of URL.
